We’d love to hear from you!

WhyNot challenge assumptions with us?

We’re recruiting Purpose-led Lead Consultants to join our team and lead upcoming client transformation engagements starting in the New Year (or possibly earlier). We’re looking for people passionate about evoking leadership in others and building adaptive capacity.

Our Vision: To transform the nature of work so everyone can thrive

Our Mission: A world in which people choose to bring their true authentic selves to work. A Society where people feel physically and psychologically safe at work. A community where people feel they can bring their natural talent to work every day and grow into people they have the potential to be. A world where everyone can see the impact they make in the world through their contribution.

WhyNot is the collection of the combined commitment, experience, knowledge and belief of the people in it. We care about people and making a difference.  We believe people are the solution and we partner with clients to create the environment to unleash potential in everyone. We are at work to transform culture to deliver extraordinary performance, whether that be in safety, organisational performance, customer service or human resources.

We are more than change management. We challenge assumptions of what work looks like, from the way you show up at work, to the way you think about safety, to how your people contribute to your organisation’s mission. Why? So, every person, team and organisation can achieve sustained extraordinary performance, often way in excess of what is currently believed to be possible.

We believe it is possible for people to go home from work fulfilled, energised and inspired by the contributions they are making each and every day. We encourage people to bring their authentic self to work and create the freedom to do so – Both for our clients, and for our employees.
