Biography

I have twelve years of Financial and Accounting experience in the Professional services sector in my roles as Business Partner and Group Financial controller.  I’ve gained international experience in various countries in the EMEA region and established a number of business units within these countries.  I have gained a great deal of experience in establishing and maintaining ongoing compliance within each jurisdiction in a wide range of areas covering Tax, IFRS, banking, company secretarial duties and employment law.

I am passionate about taking on business challenges and navigate through uncertainty in my role as a Professional management accountant.  I love taking on new challenges and navigate into the unknown and supporting senior management with information to aid decision making.  I enjoy working in new countries and learning about new cultures, and what it takes to do business in different regions.

My wife and little daughter are my driving force in life, and supporting them as best as I can is what gets me out of bed. I love the outdoors and being active. I participate in outdoor sports like mountain biking, trail running and swimming.  I am always up for an extreme challenge or anything that test my endurance. I also enjoy traveling to places off the beaten track.

Responding to COVID-19

We’re continuing to support all our clients during these uncertain times, as they navigate through the various challenges facing their organisations. Generally our work is about supporting people to take on new challenges and building the capability to lead when you don’t know the answer - and through this crisis we’re enabling our clients to do this from a place of care. Something is happening during these times that resonates with us on a deeply human level. It has made us realise how closely we are all connected and how new levels of trust, empathy and caring for one another must be part of how we organise ourselves moving forwards.

We’ve been gathering learnings, building on our experience and we’d be happy to share these with you. We are supporting many other leaders as they think through how to ‘re-generate’ their businesses and create the next version of themselves based on what matters most.
